Closing

Congratulations! By the time you have made it to the closing stage, you are probably full of anticipation and ready to move into your new home! Once your loan has been approved, we will work with your title company to create the final documents needed to close your loan. We will schedule an appointment with you, where you will sign the final documents needed to close your loan. Once you have signed the final documents, your loan will be funded and the purchase of your property will be recorded with the county in a matter of days. Congratulations, it’s time to get your keys and move in!
